Chief Minister  Jai Ram Thakur presiding over the Media Plan meeting at Shimla on 25 sept. 2020.Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur presided over the Media Plan meeting here today pertaining to proposed visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the State on 3rd October, 2020 to inaugurate Atal Tunnel Rohtang.Chief Minister directed the officers to ensure elaborate arrangements for installation of LED screens at different locations for live telecast of the event. He said that appropriate hoardings must be installed at different sites including district headquarters. He said that a proper media centre with internet and other facilities must be established to facilitate the media persons.Principal Secretary to Chief Minister J.C. Sharma conducted the proceedings of the meeting.Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj, Education Minister Govind Singh Thakur, Chief Secretary Anil Khachi, Director Information and Public Relations Harbans Singh Brascon and other officers attended the meeting.
