DC Ganderbal inspects NEET center in district

Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Shafqat Iqbal today inspected NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) centers in the district to have firsthand appraisal about the facilities made available and adherence of COVID-19 SOPs at these centers.The DC visited various centers where he enquired about the facilities made available for the students and inspected the arrangements regarding COVID-19 like availability of hand sanitizers, masks and maintenance of social distance in examination halls.The centers at Ganderbal for NEET examination were at Government Degree College Ganderbal, Central University Campus Ganderbal, New Dream Land Higher Secondary School Ganderbal, Hilltop School and R.P School Nagbal.Magistrates were deployed at all the examination centers besides District police had also put in place all necessary security arrangements for smooth conduct of examination.During the visit the deputy commissioner showed satisfaction over the arrangements put in place by the concerned authorities.
