To boost the immune system among natives against COVID-19 pandemic, Indian System of Medicine (ISM) Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH) distributed immunity booster medicines among 10858 beneficiaries of block Keller, Shopian and Zainapora of district Shopian.While distributing the immunity booster, officials from ISM (AYUSH) highlighted the importance of strong immunity in fighting COVID-19 and other various important health aspects related to the deadly disease.On the occasion, the officials advised the locals to strictly follow the SOPs and other guidelines related to COVID-19 in letter and spirit.They appealed to people to cooperate and provide full support to district Administration and were assured that the Administration is always on the forefront to provide better health care facilities to the people of the district.The public was also advised to avoid visiting hospitals and other public places and inform health functionaries if any emergency arises in this regard.
