Punjab Government has issued transfer and posting orders of 2 IAS Officers and 1 PCS officer with immediate effect.Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the  state government said that IAS officer Mr. Chander Gaind has been transferred and posted as Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala and IAS officer Mr. Ghanshayam Thori,  Deputy Commissioner, Jalandhar has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Jung-e-Azadi Memorial Foundation, Jalandhar, while PCS officer Mr. Amandeep  Bansal has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board and in addition Additional Secretary, Medical Education and Research.
