The initiative of Punjab Government to provide maximum jobs to the unemployed people today got a push in Muktsar following efforts made by DC Muktsar M.K. Aravinda Kumar. Earlier few days ago 11 youth were offered jobs by local business houses after which 16 youngsters were also given job letters today evening.Addressing the businessmen who helped in providing jobs, deputy commissioner said that they have become a ray of hope for the unemployed youth who have nothing to do in today's testing times due to the spread of Covid-19.He expressed gratitude towards the businessmen for answering the call of the district administration to help maximum people during hard days.Deputy Commissioner said that the initiative of providing jobs to the needy would continue and more people would be helped by the district administration under the Ghar Ghar Rozgar Scheme of the Punjab Government in coming days.All the senior officials of the district administration including ADC (g) Sandeep Kumar, ADC (d) Harinder Sra, all the three SDMs and other officials were also present during the occassion.
