He said that in only BJP it is possible that a regular worker like Narendra Modi becomes the Prime Minister of our great country, a woker from a siple family Jai Ram Thakur becomes Chief Minister of Himachal, ground worker like Jagat Prakash Nadda becomes National President of BJP, a ground worker like Dr Rajeev Bindal becomes State President BJP.He said that this worker is our strength and capital, Dr. Bindal said our workers are working day and night to strengthen our booth. As far as our government's question is our Chief Minister Jairam Thakur is constantly travelling in all the 68 assembly constituencies focusing on many of the developmental issues . While showing the congress party the reality bindal said that the financial assistance of more than 19309 crores have been received for the year 2020-21 in the 15th financing commission , which is a very important decision in itself. He said when the Congress government was in power in state and the center , in the 13th Finance Commission Himachal received an average assistance of 4338 crores per annum that is quite less in comparision , while this amount was raised to 14407 crores rupees in the 14th Finance Commission immediately when Prime Minister Narendra Bhai Modi, came to power. Today the centre government in the 15th finance commission in the government of the Prime Minister Narendra Bhai Modi this amount increased in 19309 crores.He said that the Congress leadership should introspect themselves and should question their inner counciousness, why did their government in the center have done such injustice with Himachal Pradesh, this act of thiers public of Himachal will never forget, never can they forgive the Congress for thisHe said that after all, this resulted in loss of the public developmental work of Himachal, the big leader of the Congress party can not confuse the public by riding the different consequences to disperse confusion. The public knows the reality and the true face of the congress party in himachal and un centre.It is due to the central government that himachal has got this big a grant through the finalcial commission.
This amount has a special allocation for the rural development, urban development and Panchayati Raj institutions. There is a tremendous increase in large quantum of these funds. BJP congratulateD JaI ram Thakur and thanked the Prime Minister of our country Narendra Modi.He said Congress has not taken good care of himachal with their careless behavious, congress should tell the people of state that why they could not present the financial cases in the centre strongly. These all flauses of congress have given himachal tremendous setbacks.
