The second phase of public outreach ‘Back to Village’ (B2V2) programme commenced here all across the district today.On the inaugural day, District Development Commissioner Kulgam, Showkat Aijaz Bhat visited several hilly areas of Noorabad in the district and met various public deputations. He urged the people to raise their issues and demands with the visiting officers under the programme.It was given out that the programme will be completed in three phases and under the first phase 53 Panchayats shall be covered.It was informed that under ‘Back to Village’ phase-1, more than 1000 works were identified and work on those projects is going on in full swing and will be completed within the stipulated time.Meanwhile, visiting officers took stock of the status of the work projects which were identified under first phase of ‘Back to Village’ programme.
