Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur today released book titled ‘Loyalty of the Lock and other short stories’ written by noted writer, former bureaucrat and Director (Independent) HPSEBL and Beas Valley Project K.R. Bharti, here today.Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister said that the worth of short fictions has been realized in modern society which is moving at a very fast pace and has less time to spare for longer form of fiction. The loyalty of lock and other short stories contains short stories on variety of themes pertaining to complexity of Indian society.Jai Ram Thakur expressed hope that book would be well received by the readers as the twists and punch lines would keep haunting the readers mind.Noted writers Sudarshan Vashisth, Ashwani Verma, Ashwani Garg, Vatan Singh, Sudarshan Vashisht and Vinod Bhardwaj were present on the occasion among others.
