Kathua , 03 Mar 2019

Dogra Swabhimaan in its monthly meeting at Kathua today held threadbare discussion regarding the forthcoming parliament constituency.  The meeting was attended by Sarpanchas, Panchas and elected Councillors of Kathua District in which all the members unanimously resolved to contest on both the seats of parliament of Jammu province and also to contest the elections of MLCs both of Panchayats and Local bodies. However, all the members present in the meeting unanimously proposed the name of Ch. Lal Singh for his traditional seat of Kathua Udhampur Constituency. While speaking on the occasion, Dr. Hari Dutt Shishu., Gen. Secretary clarified that the resolution adopted by the Kathua unit of DSS shall be placed before the Central Working Committee of DSS shortly which is competent to take final call on the selection of candidates.Ch. Lal Singh while addressing the gathering expressed shock on the change of recent policy of excise department in which they made a scope to open more wine shops in Jammu province. He warned the authorities of any such move in the state and casted aspersions on so called new political leadership of Jammu who are allowing all this to happen. Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan seeks a high level enquiry to see the persons behind this decision. All those trying to play with the life of the youth of society by allowing more wine shops shall be exposed.

The possibility of the involvement of the members of the dissolved assembly cannot be ruled out in this scam, remarked Ch. Lal Singh. He further appealed to the audience to gear up for the forthcoming elections to ensure the victory of DSS and to make Jammu a place of worth. He appealed to the people to favor Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan candidate in forthcoming elections because only this is the party which is committed to free Jammu from the clutches of Kashmiri dominance and committed for the Swabhimaan and development of Jammu province. The Dogra Swabhimaan Sangathan will always fight for the cause of the Jammu regions and the people of Jammu will definitely give the chance to the new ideas. While addressing the gathering Ch Lal Singh said that the people of Jammu are suffering just because of the Kashmiri dominance in Delhi and J&K state. There is no one ready to listen to the nationalists voices and because of the different political interest the people of the Jammu especially border areas are suffering a lot.He also expressed happiness on the release of Indian Pilot and assured that DSS will always stand with the Nation whenever required. There will be no compromise on the nati9nal soverignity,he remarked. Those others spoke include Sarpanch Mohan Singh,Bholi singh,Jatinder pappu, Anil Singh, and many others.
