1st National Pharma HR Conclave powered by Zuche pharmaceutical ltd. and organized by Department of Pharmaceutical Management on 25th January, 2019 at NIPER, SAS Nagar.Dr. Raghuram Rao, director, NIPER, SAS Nagar facilitated the guest of honor; Mr. Ronald Canute Sequeira, Former executive director, GSK and chief guest, Mr. Vikas Dandekar, Chief editor, ET Prime.In the first session, Mr. Ronald Sequeira shared his views on the future of reward by discussing the attitude, ethics and changing orientation in the pharmaceutical industry.Mr. Vikas Dandekar talked about the current and future aspects of the global pharmaceutical industry.Mr. Vikas Nim for sharing his views on the skills and knowledge we need to develop to excel in the industry.In the second session, a panel discussion was conducted covering various dimensions of the pharmaceutical/ healthcare industry by an eminent group of panelists; Mr. Sanjeev Mehra, RBM, Astra Zeneca, Mr. Sanjay Kaushik, professor of HR at UBS, Ms. Harjit Kaur, Asst. professor, Panjab University along with Mr. Ronald Sequeira, Mr. Vikas Dandekar and Mr. Vikas Nim.All the guests were facilitated by Dr. Anand Sharma, HOD, DOPM and Dr. Anil Kumar Angrish, faculty member, DOPM.The event was successful and concluded with the launch of the yearly management fest of NIPER, SAS Nagar- 81 MG.
