A delegation from Kishtwar accompanied by MLAs Bali Bhagat and Sunil Sharma met Governor Satya Pal Malik at the Raj Bhavan here today.Vijay Kumar, Advisor to Governor was present on the occasion.The delegation shared their safety and security concerns with Governor in the aftermath of killing of two political leaders in the Kishtwar town and put forth various suggestions to allay sense of fear among people. The delegation suggested installation of CCTvs, restoration of night patrolling, and strengthening of security grid in the town.The members demanded security, government job and adequate monetary compensation to the next of the kin of those killed.Governor assured the delegation that all possible steps will be taken to restore sense of security among the local population.
