The Punjab Government today transferred 4 IAS and 1 PCS officer with immediate effect.Disclosing this, an official spokesman said that amongst the IAS officers Kirpa Shankar Saroj has been posted as the Principal Secretary, Jails while Jaspal Singh has been posted as the Principal Secretary, General Administration and Coordination, Mr. Kakumanu Siva Prasad has been posted as Principal Secretary, Transport, Mr. Kahan Singh Pannu has been posted as Secretary, Agriculture & Soil Conservation and in addition Mission Director Tandarust Punjab and in addition Commissioner, Food and Drug Administration and in addition Director, Environment and Climate Change.Among the PCS officers, Mr. Karnail Singh has been posted as Additional Secretary, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries & Dairy Development and in addition Additional Secretary, Science, Technology and Environment and in addition Director, Animal Husbandry.
