In view of the demands raised by certain employees regarding release of 7th Pay Commission, Minister Housing and Urban Development Sat Sharma interacted with the employees of JDA, here today.Pertinent to mention that some employees expressed concerns despite the decision of Board of Directors of Jammu Development Authority regarding release of 7th pay commission.While addressing the employees of JDA, the Minister said that 7th pay commission benefits will be released by the Vice Chairman JDA in the salary of June with the arrears. He advised employees not to fall prey to any false propaganda and concentrate on the work for the growth and development of Authority. However pertaining to the issues raised regarding enhancement of daily wage rates as per the rates notified by the Labour Department, he asked the concerned to look into the matter for early redressal of the same.Among other, the meeting was attended by Financial Commissioner K.B. Agarwal, Vice Chairman, JDA, Director Land Management JDA, Superintending Engineer, JDA, Collector Land Acquisition JDA, Executive Engineers and other officers of JDA.
