A delegation of Safai Karamcharis (sanitation workers) today called on Minister of State for Health and Medical Education, Housing and Urban Development, Social Welfare, Power Development and Commerce, Asiea Naqash and apprised her of their grievances.The delegation raised various issues like regularization of services and increment in their wages. They informed the Minister about hardships they are facing and urged her to look into their issues and concerns.Asiea gave the delegation a patient hearing and said that the government will look into their demands and concerns and address them accordingly.The Minister asked them to keep up the good work and work with added zeal and zest.The delegation was led by its Union President Firdous Ahmad Shah, Vice-President Ejaz Ahmad Bhat, General Secretary, Imtiyaz Ahmad Sheikh.
