A spokesman of Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal said that 10922 cases have been decided so far out of 18185 cases filed since February,2015 in the Tribunal. Out of 6435 cases received from the Hon'ble High Court 1195 cases have also been decided. Besides this, 259 contempt petitions, 15 review petitions, 20 ex-petitions and 5143 miscellaneous cases have also been disposed off during this period.The Tribunal decided that pending old matters of pre-2009 period will be taken up on priority basis by the division benches.
