Ludhiana college of Engineering & Technology organized Joint Campus Placement Drive at the campus for Students of B.Tech, Diploma, BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Sc and MBA. Various job profiles were offered to the students with The drive was started with the pre-placement talk followed by aptitude test. As many as aprox. 1000 students from all over Punjab whopped to register themselves to appear for interviews and grab their dream job. 19 Big Corporate viz Tech Mahindra, Godrej Appliances, Nangloi Water Systems ( Delhi Jal Board), Genpact, Bereau Veritas, New Swan India, M. K. Brothers, ARN Teleservices etc. participated in the mega event.386 candidates from various Universities and Colleges were short listed in this joint campus placement drive and later 182 students were selected in the drive after personal interview with the salary package with the salary package minimum 2.30 lakh and maximum 7.20 lakh per annum.Vijay Gupta, Chairman, LCET, congratulated the selected students and wished them the best for their near future. According to him the reason behind this successful placement drive is a strong academic base & conduction of regular classes with interactive session. According to him, Job Fairs cater towards students of all disciplines and it is a great way for students to make connections with prospective employers. He further informed that we give an equal opportunity to the students of different fields. The registration was totally free and many students got their dream placement.
