Minister for Health & Medical Education Bali Bhagat today inaugurated the newly constructed Accidental Hospital at Khellani in presence of MLA Doda Shakti Parihar.The building has been constructed by JKPCC under project authority Director Health Jammu at an estimated cost of Rs 399.60 lakh.Speaking on the occasion, the Minister re-affirmed government’s determination to provide better health facilities to people particularly in far- off and remote villages.The Minister also promised that government would soon provide all necessary life saving equipments and manpower to run the trauma hospital smoothly.Main building of the newly constructed hospital comprises of patients ward, doctor’s room and nurses station with attached bathrooms, common toilets, store rooms, and a separate facility for Anesthesia, sterilization, operation theatre, plaster room, ECO, X-Ray, dark room, ultrasound, OPD, post mortem etc. Deputy Director Health Jammu, CMO Doda, doctors besides others senior and junior staff of health department were present on the occasion.
