Aam Aadmi Party leader and Chairman of election campaign committee, Bhagwant Mann on Friday addressed rallies at Dirba, Amargarh and Dhuri . Addressing the gathering Mann said that people of Punjab are going to create history on February 4 by forming government of common people.Mann said that Punjab which used to be known as golden state has been destroyed by the corrupt politicians. He said that drug paddlers patronized by politicians have destroyed the lives of Lakhs of youngsters in state. The helpless youth need to be habilitated.Mann said that AAP will form government with thumping win and corrupt politicians will be in jail immediately. Bikram Majithia, Tota Singh and Sikander Singh Maluka will be the first lot to be in jail.Lashing at Chief Minister Badal, Mann said that he has the habit of naming Mann for every wrong doing in Punjab but people of state are wise enough to know the reality. He and his family have looted the state and is responsible for the present state of Punjab.
Mann said that SAD claims to be a panthic party but even after 95 cases of desecration were reported in Punjab nobody was arrested. AAP government will arrest those responsible for desecration incidents and exemplary punishments will be given. He said that Badal duo is busy collecting wealth but the residents are dying of hunger. He said that people are always superior in democracy and they know how to correct the incorrect with the power of vote.Mann accused Sukhbir Badal of living in food’s paradise and being away from the reality of life. He said that Sukhbir talks of running busses in water, holding rally on Mars etc but the need of the hour is to provide employment to the youth in state. A comprehensive plan is needed to tackle drug problem in state.Accusing Congress of colliding with Akalis to grab power, Mann said that Congress leaders camped in from of Rahul Gandhi’s house for months to get tickets and lost a connect with the people of Punjab. He said that because of Congress’s weak opposition, Akalis were able to destroy state.Mann said that it is the golden opportunity for Punjabis to save Punjab from the clutches of corrupt politicians. Government of people will be formed after February 4.
