People hail the decision to open Degree College at Baldwara

The people of  Baldwara area in Sarkhaghat thanked Pratibha Singh MP from Mandi Parliamentary Constituency, for getting the announcement made of opening a degree college along with adequate financial assistance of Rs. five crore for its infrastructure at Baldwara.The delegation which met Pratibha Singh on her last visit to Sarkhaghat had strongly demanded opening of a college with adequate infrastructure. In a written communiqué issued here today, Pratibha Singh said that the announcement of opening a Degree College at Baldwara   was made by BJP without any budgetary provision. She said that the BJP made a mockery of the people of the area by running the   college in two rooms of a local school with a borrowed lecturer and around 7-8 students from nearby college just to gain political mileage. MP said that Congress never cheats its people and if any announcement is made by the present Government the budgetary parameters are also taken into consideration. She said that instructions have been given to the district administration to select appropriate land for the construction of the college building.The people of the area also thanked Pratibha Singh for releasing 4.87 crore from MPLAD for undertaking various developmental activities in the constituency.
