National Convener of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said that AAP has adopted Zero Tolerance against Corruption and the time is ripe in Punjab to end the corrupt regime of SAD-BJP. “In Delhi we have already shown that AAP has adopted zero tolerance against corruption by throwing own even our own party leaders, who were found indulged in corruption”, Kejriwal said while addressing a massive gathering on the 5th day of his 11 days tour of Punjab to address Punjab Inquilab rallies.“When I came to know that one of my ministers was trying to seek Rs Six lakh bribe, I immediately threw him out of my Cabinet,” Kejriwal said claiming that even the opposition as well as media did not have any clue about AAP’s minister’s corruption. On the other hand, Akali ministers Tota Singh and Bikram Majithia have been accused of corruption and drugs, but Badal failed to act against them, he said adding that similarly it is in common knowledge that Congress leaders Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler were involved in the anti-Sikhs massacre in 1984 at Delhi, but Congress failed to act against them.“Badal and Captain Amarinder Singh are the most corrupt politicians of Punjab and AAP has already proved its mettle as far as its stand against corruption is concerned”, Kejriwal claimed.

Kejriwal said that Modi was only making fool of the people as demonetisation drive has actually benefitted the business tycoons.  “If Modi actually wants to bring black money out, then Badals, who have amassed biggest chunk of black money in Punjab and Amarinder Singh, who stashed black money in the Swiss bank should have been brought back.“There cannot be any dearth of money with any state government, if they use every single penny of available fund at its optimistic level”, Kejriwal said here in Punjab it was not lack of money, but lack of political will in Badals and Amarinder, that multiplied the woes of state.National Convener of AAP said that he was deeply pained to hear about the attack on the renowned Preacher Ranjit Singh Dhadrianwale.  “If the religious preachers are openly attacked and are not safe in Punjab, how can Badal ensure safety and security to the common man?, he quipped while pointing out at deteriorated law & order situation in the state.

“I suspect Badals wanted to create communal tension in Punjab through sacrileges incidents to divert attention of people from their failure on all fronts”, Kejriwal claimed. He said SAD-BJP Government, which claimed to be a panthic Government has failed to nab culprits of series of sacrilege incidents of Guru Granth Sahib, Quran-e-Sharif and Bhagwat Gita.  “Sometimes I suspect, how can the culprits of Bargari sacrilege incident could have been gone scot free, if Badals were not behind such incidents,” he added.Extending support to the demands of Asha workers and Anganwari workers, Kejriwal said, once voted to power, AAP would regularise services of all contractual employees in Punjab.Addressing the gathering, AAP MP Bhagwant Mann said “It has become difficult for all businessmen to run their business in Punjab, as Badals keep eye on every business to get their share”.Reacting on the statement of Sukhbir Badal that his deposits would be forfeited from Jalalabad, Mann said “it seems that Sukhbir is having hangover of power and people will give him befitting reply during poll”.
