French President Francois Hollande said he wants to extend the state of emergency until the presidential election in April-May 2017, on the sidelines of the ongoing COP22 in the Moroccan city of Marrakech.Faced with terrorist risks, we need measures that are, of course, exceptional," Hollande said on Tuesday, Xinhua news agency reported citing French newspaper Le Parisien.
