Justice Ali Mohammed Magray today held meeting with the judicial officers from various districts through a video conference to review the functioning of the courts in these areas.While interacting with the district judges of District Doda, Ramban, Kishtwar, Baramulla and Kupwara, Justice Magray stressed on the speedy disposal of the cases. He asked the officials to adhere to the norms set up in the National Court Committee with reference to the disposal of the cases.Justice Magray also took review of the construction work of various court buildings. He impressed upon the judicial officers to adhere to litigant friendly approach and ensure that the time fixed for the disposal of the case is not wasted in ancillary works. He impressed upon them to fast track the cases of under trials held in cases like rape, murder, matrimonial disputes and domestic violence.
