DDC Doda Mr Bhupinder Kumar today chaired a meeting to review the performance of revenue department here at DC office today.Threadbare discussion on conduct of Harvest inspection (Girdawari kharief 2016), preparation of Aks Latha, maintenance of birth and death record, eviction of encroachment from state/kahcharie/ common land besides few other issues was held during the meeting.DDC directed the revenue officers to carry out harvest inspection programme in such a way that no area remains uninspected and asked them to submit a copy of such inspection programme.DDC directed the concerned to prepare Aks Latha/ Massavi during the conduct of harvest Inspections of kharief 2016 and submit the same by 20th of October 2016.He further impressed upon the revenue officials to register every birth and death in chowkidar register and report the same to the concerned Station house officer immediately.ADC, Hanief Malik, all the SDM's, Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, other revenue officials of the district attended the meeting.
