Criticizing the Akali leader for thrashing a nurse at a private clinic at Baghapurana, Chief AAP Women Wing Prof. Baljinder Kaur demanded strict action against the people responsible for the heinous act. She said that Akalis, in hangover of power are indulging in anti-social activities every day.Meeting the victim Ramanjeet Kaur at her village Kotla Mehar Singh Wala, Prof Baljinder said that said that law and order situation in Punjab has gone from bad to worst during Akali rule. The cases of atrocities by Akali workers are coming up every day.She said that so called savior of women in Punjab ‘Nanni Chaa’ Harsimrat Badal have not even uttered a single word about the incident of shame.AAP spokesperson and senior leader, Yamini Gomar said that Harsimrat always pretend to raise issue related to women but fail to act against goons of her own party. She said that Akali leaders are shielding the culprits in the case. Prof. Baljinder asked police officer to register a case against the Akali Sarpanch and his son and arrest them at earliest. She said that if the police fail to take action against them AAP will protest against the Police.
