Congress on Wednesday while flaying the Tuesday’s visit of the Prime Minister Narendra Mondi to Jammu and Kashmir termed his speech ‘empty and dry’, saying he (Modi) has been making farce promises to people.“Whatever he has inaugurated are the state owned projects. There is nothing new which the Prime Minister has given to the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Since assuming office all Modi is doing is to make farce promises to the people while nothing remarkable has been achieved on ground,” state Congress chief G.A. Mir told KNS.He maintained that even on Tuesday what the Prime Minister inaugurated was built by the state resources and wasn’t anything established from the central package.Pertinently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said ensuring an overall development of Jammu and Kashmir would be his priority. The Prime Minister inaugurated a sports complex and a super- specialty hospital set up by the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board at Kakryal near Katra. (KNS)
