On the spot grievance handling will be done while conducting interaction with general public during Sanagat Darshan Programs and public will be made aware about the various welfare schemes being operated by the State Govt, to facilitate the public. This was stated by Deputy Commissioner Sh. Tejinder Pal Singh Sidhu while addressing the press after conducting interaction with public for their grievance redressal during Sanagat Darshan Program at village Kambali. Sidhu said that with an objective of strengthen the relation of public with administration and to provide a common platform for discussion, special camps will be organized in the villages during Sangat Darshan Programs. During this Sh. Sidhu said that at information regarding various welfare scheme has been provide at village Kambali. He said that during these camps special emphasis will be on awareness about social evils and their complete eradication. Moreover youngsters will be encouraged to join armed forces. 

Sidhu said that besides redressing the grievances relating to revenue department, other grievances related to social security & Child Development, Skill development, Police & administration, will also be entertained during these camps.During this Smt. Manjit Kaur explained his pitiful condition and financial crisis due to his husband who remain indulged in drinking. During this Deputy Commissioner directed tot he officers of Department of Social Security to take immediate action on the request of Smt. Sunita Devi for seeking pension. Smt. Gurmeet Kaur requested for free legal advice for domestic violence. On demand of Shaheed Baba Deep Singh Sports Club, Deputy Commissioner directed the DDPO to provide Gymnasium equipments with in next two days. During this Smart Cards, Pension Farms, & other cards were provided on the spot.

Then after Deputy Commissioner said that sufficient funds will be ensured for the various development works in the village. During this he said that village Panchayat should take care of cleanliness in the village. Before this Sh. Sidhu performed the ritual of Lohri by blowing the fire and distributed the certificates of greeting messages to the newborn girl Childs. Before this SDM Sh. Lakhmeer Singh said that these camps will be organized in each district of sub division. During this District Program Officer Sh. Sukhdeep Singh explained about various welfare schemes like Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Bebe Nanki Ladli Beti Kalyan Scheme etc. Assistant Work Commissioner Smt. Mona Puri explained about the facilities being provided to laborers by Punjab Building & Other Construction Welfare Board. Before this Village Sarpanch Sh. Jagjit Singh welcomed Deputy Commissioner and expressed thanks to other officials for their valuable time & suggestions.  During this District Social Security Officer Smt. Amrit Bala, Tehsildar Sh. Sanjeev Kumar, BDPO Sh. Malvinder Singh, CDPO Arvinder Kaur, Sub-Divisional Welfare Officer Paramjit Singh and other officer were present. During this a show named "Chirian da Chamba" was staged.
