The Vigilance Bureau has successfully caught Junior Engineer red handed while accepting bribe of Rs. 10,000.Disclosing here today a spokesman of the Vigilance Bureau said that Mr. Sukhwinder Singh is working as a sub-contractor in private company which install electric meter outside from houses. Mr. Sukhwinder Singh has lodged a complaint against J.E. Naval Kishor who is working in Punjab State Power Corporation that he was demanding the bribe of Rs. 10,000 because of some irregularities in the duty of sub-contractor and threatened him to complaint the checking team regarding the issue.The spokesman said that complainant complained to Vigilance Bureau authorities and trap was laid by the Vigilance Bureau and accused was arrested red handed while accepting bribe of Rs.10,000 from the complainant and this amount was recovered from his possession.
