Gulzar Group of institutes, Khanna, Ludhiana won Awards in different categories in Annual convention of Indian Society for Technical Education in which as many as 50 institutes from north India participated . Almost 27 students and faculty members from Mechanical Engineering and Automobile Engineering department won first Prize in ISTE convention. They were honored with the Award for Best Projects, Best Teacher of the Year Award and Best student of the Year Award etc .GGI’s Mechanical department bagged first prize in all categories, Kanwar Jabar Singh Gill is honored with Best Teacher of the Year Award and Vikash Ram has awarded with Best student of the Year award.
Various projects in Mechanical and Automobile Engineering design also received awards. Fabricated “Sand Plastic Machine” which was centre of attraction for everybody along with this various innovative projects made by students have been displayed which can use for major cost reduction.The Convener Prof. S.K. Gandhi, Secretary, ISTE has encouraged the students of Gulzar Group of Institutes on their achievement.The Chairman of Gulzar Group of Institutes, S.Gurcharan Singh congratulated the staff and students of the institutes and motivated them to work hard and dedicatedly and achieve glories in future.
