Stressing upon the concerned for completion of the ADHAAR generation process on war-foot basis, District Development Commissioner Baramulla today issued schedules for completion of the process timely and effectively for district Baramulla. A meeting regarding the revision of ADHAAR generation and covering of the entire population of the district within the allotted time was held at Dak Bungalow Baramulla. The meeting was attended by all Sub-Divisional Magistrates and officers and Officials of Revenue and Education Department.A comprehensive review was taken, on this occasion, regarding the progress of ADHAAR generation process so far in the district. Discussion was held regarding the completion of ADHAAR generation process at schools and village. It was given out that the process of ADHAAR generation in schools will be done in a Part wise manner from 7 th October in district Baramulla.
The Part-I will cover the educational zones of Dangerpora, Nehalpora, Singhpora and Uri, while the Part-II will cover Tangmarg, Boniyar, Chandanwari and Baramulla educational zones.Similarly, education zones of Kunzer, Dangiwacha, Jula and Sopore will be covered in Part-III, While Part-IV will cover the educational institutions of Wagoora, Rohama and Chandoosa. The concerned were directed to plan the ADHAAR generation work in a strategic and systematic manner and complete the process in schools as soon as possible.The concerned were also directed to complete the ADHAAR generation process in villages by forming clusters and covering areas of higher population on priority basis.meanwhile, the DDC, mentioned the fact that Power generator sets must be utilised in places, where power cutting is frequent. The DDC stressed upon the fact that the whole population should be covered well before the stipulated time. The Nodal officers at Tehsil levels were directed to coordinate the process in an effective manner.A thorough discussion was held regarding the issues and problems that are being encountered during the ADHAAR generation process in the district. Apart from lack of all time available power system, the lack of enough machines and infrastructure was mentioned by the participants during the meeting.
