District Development Commissioner Samba, Sheetal Nanda today inaugurated a medical camp organised by Directorate of Indian System of Medicine in collaboration with Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) at BBIA office today.A team of senior doctors led by Dr Rohit Gupta, Nodal Officer Samba comprising Dr Ashok Kumar, Dr Tejinder Singh, Dr Mona Prasher and Dr Ritika Raina provided free check up along with medicines to 350 patients.The DDC directed to hold regular medical camps for proper patient follow up as the area has large floating population. She further directed for holding camps on holidays, preferably so that more people can avail these facilities.Dr Rohit informed that Ayush wing is working in every Primary Health Centre of the region and department organises regular camps for public benefit.Lalit Mahajan, President BBIA assured full cooperation in holding such camps for which the requisite infrastructure shall be provided by the Association in BBIA.
