The Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Nisar Ahmed Wani today called explanation of several employees in Mandi Tehsil after they were found absent from duty without permission. employees The DC conducted surprise inspection of offices of AEE PWD, CDPO, TSWO and Horticulture and found many employees of absent from duty without permission.Taking serious note of the absenteeism in these office, the Deputy Commissioner called explanation of all the erring employees and directed Tehsildar Mandi to closely monitor the functioning and attendance in all the Tehsil Offices. The DC also inspected Revenue, RDD and ZEO offices and instructed the officers to ensure punctuality and proper functioning in government offices under their charge.
