One of the Bollywood films has been in the headlines since the day it was announced. We are speaking about Sri. The film starring Rajkummar Rao is a biopic of Srikanth Bolla. The film will be released under the banner of T-Series. But what makes us excited is that Sri is written by none other than Punjabi filmmaker Jagdeep Sidhu.
Jagdeep who has already marked his space in the Punjabi industry with films like Qismat, Shadaa, Lekh, Moh and many more is now winning the hearts of the Bollywood audiences with his magical pen. Along with Sidhu, Sumit Purohit has also worked on the writing of the biopic Sri.

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, the upcoming Bollywood movie also stars Alaya F, Jyotika and Sharad Kelkar. Speaking of the teaser as well as reports, Sri is an inspiring tale of Srikanth, who started the Bollant industries despite having vision problems.
The film is scheduled to hit the big screens on September 15, 2023. And all Punjabi moviegoers are well aware that September is quite a lucky month for writer and director Jagdeep Sidhu. Hope this film also brings a bundle of love and support from the audience.
