Who Started World Teachers Day:

World Teachers Day was proclaimed by UNESCO on 5 October 1994, celebrating the Great step move For the Teachers Day globally in 1966, when a special intergovernmental conference convened by UNESCO in Paris adopted the UNESCO/ILO Recommendation concerning the Status of Teachers, in cooperation with the ILO.

Significance Of Schools & Learning:

Initially, the student and teacher culture: the students went to Ashrams for their studies when they jumped into their teen ages, then they had to leave their home so that they could get knowledge for their upcoming life which they have to spend to survive in their upcoming life. After a couple of years, they came back to their homes, and in these years, they could not meet with their families, not even their mothers. After so many years they came back to their homes after completing their studies.

But gradually the time passes this system of getting knowledge or leaving home for further study for so many years finished and a new culture starts where students do not have to leave their home for a long period of time and they can acquire knowledge. And how this system is going we all are aware. At a time when students used to leave their homes for their studies, now you can imagine the importance of education and teachers in your life. And donating one day to remark their importance is really a very good step[ which was taken by UNESCO.
