Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is one of the most exciting films with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff. The duo will be sharing the screen for the first time, and fans of both the artists are eagerly waiting to find out about the same. The makers have already raised the excitement bars with the film’s teaser.

But recently, the film has been in the headlines as the reports are viral about how the failure of Samrat Prithviraj and Heropanti 2 will affect the production of upcoming films. But now the filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar has broken the silence and cleared the rumours. In a recent interview, Zafar said, “This is absolutely baseless. We are very much on track and there’s no truth to the shelving rumours.”

Calling the rumours baseless, the filmmaker said the film is very much on track and is currently in pre-production. He said, “We are currently working on the pre-production. I don’t know where these rumours are coming from. For a film of this large scale, months of pre-production are needed. We will go on floors by the end of this year or early next year and shoot in the UK.”

Meanwhile, it was announced a few months back in a grand way and with its proposed budget of 350 crore rupees, it is going to be one of the most expensive films of Bollywood to date. Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is a reboot of sorts of David Dhawan’s 1998 cult comedy classic Bade Miyan Chote Miyan starring Amitabh Bachchan & Govinda in double roles. It was a huge box office success. Now, let’s see how the makers will deliver the remake version.
