From 295 To The Last Ride: Sidhu Moosewala’s Songs Grab Special Space On Billboard

The Punjabi lyricist and singer Sidhu Moosewala left for the heavenly abode on May 29, 2022. He was shot dead in the Mansa district. The artist has always been energetic and dynamic in his work. He has not only made his name regionally or nationally, but has collaborated with international artists and marked his name in the hearts of people.
Though the artist is no longer with us, his songs are living through everyone. He broke many records while he was with us. Soon after he released his songs, he took over the world at Apple Music, Spotify, and other streaming platforms. And now yet again he proved that legend never dies.

For all of Sidhu's fans, if you love listening to his songs, then you will surely be glad to know that many of his songs have made it to the international billboards. Songs like Levels, The Last Ride, Never Fold, Brown Shortie and many more are ranked on the Billboard Canadian Hot 100 Chart. The Last Ride grabbed the 26 positions whereas Levels enjoyed position number 32, Never Fold shined grabbed the 97th rank and Brown Shortie at 80th. Like this, many other songs also grabbed a rank in the top 100.
Not only on the Canadian charts, but his songs have also marked his debut at Billboard Global Excl. US. The information has been shared by entrepreneur Gurpreet Bhasin. For the unversed, Billboard Global Excl. U.S. ranks the top songs based on streaming and/or sales activities from more than 200 territories around the world, excluding the U.S. 295, The Last Ride, and Levels shined on the US charts.
That’s not enough. Now coming to the national charts, then to Indian songs also, he has made his place with five of his songs. Sidhu Moosewala's hit songs were ranked at different positions on the chart, which amazed everyone. 295 was ranked number 3, Levels was ranked number 4, Goat was ranked number 19, and Never Fold was ranked number 24. And, speaking of the final one, it is the much-discussed 'The Last Ride,' which has taken the number one spot.
Sidhu Moosewala has proved that a great artist never dies and lives through his work. This is not the first time he hit the global billboards with his EP ‘No Name’. Moreover, Sidhu created history by becoming the first Indian artist to be on Billboard Canada's Hot 100 chart.
