Khajuria discusses administrative arrangements for Modi’s rally

BJP National Executive Member, Leader of legislative party & Incharge for liaison with state administration for party’s “Lalkaar Rally”, Ashok Khajuria discussed matters related to security arrangement and media management with party leaders assigned with different responsibilities for the event, at party headquarters on Wednesday.Khajuria briefed the rally management coordinators about the discussion that he had held with different government officials for smooth conduct of Narendra Modi’s rally on December 1. Khajuria said, the various aspects to be taken up with the administration will include security, procedure for entry of media persons and arrangements for electronic media coverage. He expressed hope that the government will respond seriously on all these issues considering the security sensitivities of the rally and the huge public response seen in public rallies addressed so far by Modi in different parts of the country.

Khajuria said that he is himself in regular touch with the administration and has explained to the government officials the importance of the event and the protocol expected to be accorded to BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate. He said, Modi is currently the biggest crowd puller in the country and the crowd at Jammu too is going to break all the records of previous rallies held in the state. BJP National Executive Member, Chief Spokesperson & Rally Media Coordinator Dr. Jitendra Singh, State General Secretary & Rally Stage Management Coordinator Bali Bhagat, State Secretary & Rally Incharge Pawan Khajuria, State Press Secretary & Rally Media Coordinator Balbir Ram Rattan, Jammu West District Arvind Gupta, Distt. Press Secretary Er. Ashwani Khosla and Distt. Office Secretary Vivek Gupta attended this meeting.
