Sukhnandan inaugurates Tube Well at Bishnah

Minister for PHE, Irrigation and Flood Control Sukhnandan Kumar chaudhary today inaugurated a tube well at shahpur in tehshil Bishnah located 9 km from Jammu Kathua national highway.While inaugurating the tube well the minister said that the tube well was taken up in hand in the year 2010-11 and it forms part of the project " a set of 100 number of tube wells under NABARD Funding".The minister said that 140 feet deep drilled tube well having capacity 15000  GPH providing irrigation benefit around 60 number of families in the area.The minister also inspected the pump room which has been constructed for safe guarding the voltage stabiliser, pumping machinery, electric panel etc.The minister directed the executive agency to achieve the target within time frame so that people do not face any problem in the area of irrigation and other sectors also.Among others MLA Bishnah Kamal Arora, Ex-MLA Ashwani Sharma, Xen Irrigation and Flood Control Rajeev Gandotra, Xen PHE Prem Kumar were present on the occasion.
