The Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Hassan Mir today called for focussed attention to solve the problems of the people and to ensure availability of all the basic facilities to them.Addressing a public meeting in Daragam, Pattan, Mr Mir sought cooperation of the people to fructify development plans so that their benefits accrue to the people as early as possible. Minister cautioned the people about the vested interests elements who want to pide the people of the State on religion, regional and cast basis to satiate their interests. He said that the youth have onerous responsibility to supplement Government efforts towards redressing grievances of the people adding that the youth should came forward in a big way to shoulder their social responsibility.
The Minister said that equitable development of all regions of the State is the mission of his party, adding that only constructive politics can lead the State to heights of development and prosperity. “This mission will be taken to its logical conclusion”, the Minister said.The Minister said that State of Jammu and Kashmir is endowed with abundant Natural wealth and it was our endeavour to exploit these resources for the welfare of the State.Responding to the demands of the people, the Minister assured that their all genuine demands would met earnestly, the people demanded a medical Dispensary for Daragam, Pattan,improved irrigation and drinking water facilities, construction of Middle School building and construction of Bridge overnallahRasrapora.
