Manohar Lal Khattar hears grievances in Gurgaon

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar Saturday heard grievances of the people here. He said that the government's priority is to evolve a system in which the poor got their due. For this, schemes were being drawn and the people will soon get a feel of it.Referring to Gurgaon, Khattar said that the number of students in three government colleges - Government College of Sector 14, DSD Government College and Government College of Sector 9 - is disproportionate to the infrastructure. The government has approved Rs.10 crore for construction of new blocks in the all the three colleges, he said adding that government has approved setting up of college at Manesar.The Jatouli College also needs repair and equipments, for which the government would provide funds. In addition, the chief minister said that approval has been given to open a degree college in village Ghamdoz of Sohna assembly segment.He said that the Primary Health Center of Badshahpur village will be upgraded to Community Health Center at the cost of about Rs. 5 crore. 

The chief minister assured that approval will be granted by the government to all the proposals and schemes involving common social works of the community. He said that the personal demands, suggestions and problems would also be looked into. He said that a CM window will be setup in every district of the state where the complaints and other applications will be received at the district level itself and for this, the applicant need not to go to Chandigarh. The application given here will reach Chandigarh and it will be dealt with accordingly. Khattar said that the people can also send their complaints online, in which preliminary enquiry would be got conducted and if required FIR would registered against those found guilty. 

He said that the new government was formed just one month before and during this tenure of one month, many decisions have been taken to bring a change in the system so that every person gets his or her due. Many reforms have been taken up during this period. Citing example, he said that a provision of zero FIR has been made which means that a person can lodge FIR at any of the police stations irrespective of jurisdiction. Afterwards the FIR would be forwarded to the police station in whose area the incident has happened.On this occasion, PWD and Public Health Engineering Minister Rao Narbir Singh, MLAs Tejpal Tanwer and Bimla Chaudhary, OSD to CM Jawahar Yadav and Rajkumar Bhardwaj, Gurgaon pisional Commissioner Pradeep Kasani, Commissioner of Police Navdeep Virk, HUDA Administrator Anita Yadav, Deputy Commissioner TL Satyaparkash, Additional Deputy Commissioner PS Chauhan, Additional Labour Commissioner Naresh Narwal were also present.
