Human Watch Plans to Adopt 200 Flood Affected Families

Human Watch an International N.G.O. has passed a resolution under the Chairmanship of Engineer Hilal Ahmad War wherein it has been decided that it will adopt nearly 200 families who have been affected by the devastated floods under the philosophy of humanism.Following the International Disaster Laws and  to address various aspects of post-disaster humanitarian relief , Human Watch has decided to apply for FCRA ( Foreign Contribution Regulation Act -1976 ) registration to receive Foreign Funding in order to fulfill the promise of adopting 200 flood affected families .

In this regard Human Watch has constituted a team for necessary fund raising within and without India under International Humanitarian Law.Human Watch has constituted another team who will conduct a sample survey in order to estimate the economic losses due to catastrophe caused by devastated floods.In wake of catastrophe caused by devastated floods in Kashmir Valley Human Watch appeals the inhabitants of the globe, business houses of India, Pakistan and other global countries to come forward and help the flood victim by sending  monetary aid and assistance for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of flood victims.
