District and Sessions Judge, Kishore Kumar today inaugurated Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) at Kulgam which will deal with all the cases relating to juveniles in conflict with law who have not attained the age of 18 years.Present on the occasion were Principal Magistrate JJB Kulgam Iqbal Masoodi, Munsif Shafeeq Ahmad ADC/ District Child Protection Officer Ghulam Hassan Sheikh, Child Welfare Committee (CWC) Chairperson, Bashir Ahmad Khan, Public Prosecution Officer, Mohd Amin Padder, President Bar Association, Mohammad Shafi Bhat Secretary Bar Association, Rais Ahmad Dar senior prosecuting officer Rafi Ahmad, SHO Irshad Ahmad besides them officials of ICPS were also present.On the occasion, 12 cases were put on for hearing in which two cases were disposed of. Five bail application were also taken up in which four were bailed out.
