Chandigarh Group of Colleges (CGC) Landran has featured among the top 50 institutions in Times Top 100 Private Engineering Institute rankings 2018. Chandigarh Engineering College, CGC Landran is also among the top ten private engineering colleges in the northern region and the only one in Punjab, basis the same ranking. The institution was judged on the basis of placements, infrastructure, faculty resource, research orientation, exchange programmes and global exposure provided to students in addition to a host of others.More than 800 engineering institutions from across the country were a part of this study. The survey conducted by research agency i3RC sought to identify and rank top engineering colleges in India. Desk Research, Factual survey & Perceptual Rating survey followed by scientifically developed analysis & ranking process formed the various stages of this survey.Satnam Singh Sandhu, Chairman, CGC Landran and Rashpal Singh Dhaliwal, President, CGC Landran lauded the faculty and students for this achievement.
