Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front Chief Muhammad Yasin Malik was detained by police after he carried out a march from Maisuma Locality in Kashmir capital Srinagar.The protest was organized by JKLF against the recent what they termed as ‘anti-Kashmir’ remarks and the NIA Charge Sheet against Kashmiri separatist leaders. A large number of people participated in the march. They were carrying placards and banners.As Malik tried to move towards city centre, a large number of police personnel blocked the roads and detained JKLF Chairman. He along with some of the activists were bundled into the vehicle and detained at nearby police station. (CNS)
