The protesters assembled at Jantar Mantar and gave a tearful Shradanjali by lightening lamp and prayed for the departed souls.Chandel while addressing the media said that our society unequivocally condemns the brutal attack on unarmed pilgrims of Shri Amarnath yatra carried out recently. The human rights brigade stands exposed and so does their norbid fascination for radicalisation in the valley.

Thus the veracity of their narrative must be questioned.”He added “It is time that the façade of Kashmiryat is exposed and said, “GoI should give befitting reply to Pakistan and China responsible for unrest in Kashmir valley and continuous ceasefire violations on LoC and IB in J&K.” He further said that instead of appeasing separatists in Kashmir, the government should approach world forum to pressurize Pakistan to hand over Pakistan Occupied Kashmir to India.“Mere condemnation won't suffice, the government must ensure that the radical forces are completely uprooted and peace reinstated in the state. As a measure of protection, national highway NH1A should be under the overall supervision of the Army,” Delhi BJP Spokesperson Naveen Kumar demanded.

National Adviser Dr Sameer Kaul further said, “The Hindus in Kashmir have always been targeted for their religion and the recent attack on Amarnath Yatris is not an attack on Hindu pilgrims, but entire India has been attacked for practicing their religion.”The leaders also condemned the brutal attack on Amarnath pilgrims and demanded from the state and Central governments to arrest the culprits and take stern action against the elements behind the incident.Meanwhile, National Adviser Dr Sameer Kaul, Deepak Tawar, Balmiki, Delhi BJP Spokesperson Naveen Kumar, Karmveer Singh, Pehlad Chowdhary and Manoj Chandel extended their heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for the speedy recovery of those who have sustained injuries in the accident and asked the state administration to provide every assistance required to the injured and the bereaved families. They further conveyed heart-felt sympathies to the bereaved families in their hour of grief and prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and also wished speedy recovery to those injured in the accident.
