Locals of Drangbal area of District Baramulla Caught Two Line man's Of Power Development Department while asking a labour to pay them Bribe otherwise they won't let them to work in their jurisdiction.Locals from Drangbal District Baramulla gave a video evidence to 5 dariya news in which two line mans's of the Power Development Department asked a worker to pay them otherwise we won't allow you to work in our jurisdiction.The worker gave them 500 Rupees as a Bribe in order to continuee their work , as they were planting transformer of Airtel private Department there and had to shut down the Light for some time.The two government Employees told them we have to pay our Power station and others employee as well, even our station Ofiicers have asked us to get chicken for them . Giving us only 500, isn't fair enough .It is less then we need. Because we have to pay it to our other employees also.Our station takes at least 500 Rupees from us in a week ,Said one of the employee in the video .
While talking to Executive Engineer of the concerned Department told 5 Dariya News that, I don't have any information regarding the line man's taking Bribe from the workers. Better is to punish culprits Government is paying them for their job they need Not to be a part of such a cheap act .Locals also claimed that such incidents in our society are not welcomed, we are totally against it. Because there was no reason to offer or to Take Bribe . We stand against it . We want those employees to be punished .When a reporter of 5 Dariya News tried to investigate the matter from Base, he contacted over a phone call with one the employee, while talking to that employee he totally didn't accepted it all and said no to all the question of our reporter . In mean while after some minutes our reporter received a call from any unknown number and was given a threat and told our reporter that i am from police station Baramulla .
