India has waged a full-fledged war against Kashmiris : Muhammad Yousuf Naqash

Senior APHC leader and chairman Islamic Political Party – JK Mohammad Yousuf Naqash on Wednesday said India has launched a full-fledged war against the people of Jammu Kashmir in order to crush their freedom movement.In a statement issued to press, Naqash made it clear that India and its puppets can never suppress the freedom movement and the pro-freedom resolve of the people of Jammu Kashmir.Lashing out at state administration and police over the continuous state-wide arrest spree and booking of youth including minors under PSAs, Naqash said thousands of youth have been locked behind bars and many of them have been shifted to outside state jails.“Such approach makes it clear that the so-called rulers have lost their vision and are frustrated. They are only concerned of saving their chairs. People will not forgive these puppet rulers for their anti-people policies,” he said.

The Hurriyat leader said the so-called champions of democracy and vision have waged a full-fledged war against the people of Jammu Kashmir in which youth and religious leaders and the worst targets.“Such oppressive and suppressive measures won’t break the resolve of people but in fact infuses a new spirit in them,” he said.Condemning the vandalizing of houses, vehicles, and public properties across the nook and corner of the Valley, the APHC leader said India and its puppets have broken all records of tyranny and brutality.Appealing people to remain steadfast, Naqash said: “We are fully aware of the reign of oppression unleashed by occupational forces and the sacrifices rendered by every section of the society during the ongoing freedom movement. Need is to exhibit steadfastness and not get disappointed. We should continue our struggle for freedom and In Sha Allah we will achieve our goal very soon.”
