Dal Khalsa Saturday endorsed the decision of Hurriyat Conference and All party Sikh coordination committee to boycott all party delegation led by Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh scheduled to visit the valley on 4th of September to take stock of situation and initiate dialogue to defuse the crisis.Party president Advocate H S Cheema said the aim and intention of the delegation seems to play with the gallery and hoodwink the international community. He said the deceptive nature of Indian leadership and their old tactics of not addressing the genesis of the problem leaves no room for any meaningful and result-oriented dialogue. He said the Hurriyat Conference led by Geelani Sahib has rightly and wisely snubbed the delegation, which is coming to Kashmir without a clear mandate. He also hailed the bold step taken by the Sikh Coordination Committee led by Jagmohan Singh Raina not to meet the delegation and stand by the people of Kashmir in this hour of crisis.

He said Kashmiris were continuously suffering the worst form of repression and state-terrorism  since last two months despite hue and cry raised by United Nations, Islamic countries and the Indian civil society.Another seniormost leader H S Dhami said ironically the Indian state and its leadership is in denial mode, as they have refused to recognize the disputed status of J & K. Raising serious question on the validity of the visit of the delegation, he said the rigid attitude shown by Modi Sarkar in by-passing Hurriyat and other pro-freedom parties would lead to nowhere. To a question, he said the Indian delegation would serve no purpose as they would more or less end up in meeting their own stooges in Kashmir.  (CNS
