Minister for Rural Development, Panchyati Raj, Law and Justice Abdul Haq today, replying to a question of Sajad Ahmad Kichloo, informed the House that 175 persons under technical and non-technical categories were engaged/appointed under MGNERGA in Kishtwar district. The Minister informed that 28 Technical Assistants and 10 MIS/Data Entry operators were appointed in Kishtwar. He informed that under non-technical category 126 Gram Rozgar Sevaks, 3 Administrative Assistants and 8 Accounts Assistants were appointed by the ACD Kishtwar till date under MGNREGA.The Minister assured the House that an inquiry will be conducted if any irregularity is found in the engagement/appointment of the non-technical staff.Sham Lal Bhagat, Surinder Choudhary raised supplementary to the main question.
