In view of inclement weather forecast issued by Meteorological Department, the Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone today directed SMC, UEED, FIRE and Emergency Department PDD and R&B departments for immediate dewatering in the water logged areas of Srinagar city. He directed the PDD to ensure uninterrupted power supply especially at the location where dewatering pumps have been installed besides he directed PHE Department to ensure water supply to the general public.
