Former Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti praised Zinedine Zidane saying the former French great possesses "the charisma and personality to coach" the Spanish football club. Zidane has everything you need to be a great coach. He has the ability, charisma, personality and knows football inside-out and has the profile of a Real Madrid coach," the Italian said, reports Efe.However, Ancelotti refused to answer questions on his thoughts about Zidane's success with Real Madrid. He said "coaches succeed by working hard to ensure his players give their all. Zidane has that charisma and personality, meaning his players will respond well to him".
